Conscious and controlled breathing allows you to ease stress and anxiety, release negative thoughts and emotions and increase radiance and confidence. By changing the pattern of our breathing, we can directly influence our autonomic nervous system and influence how we feel.
Join us for a single session or come to the full series - it's up to you.
What will you do?
Session 1 (November 17th): You will be doing breathing exercises to bring more awareness and shift through limiting beliefs and energetic blocks. You will learn how to have a deeper connection with yourself, and increase clarity and peace. Acquire new tools to manage your stress levels and creativity with a breath, creating the way for healthy productivity in your life and work.
Session 2 (December 1st) - Managing Entrepreneurial Stress better:
Learn how to breathe through your stress patterns instead of letting them take the driver's seat.
Session 3 (December 15th) - End of Year Reflection and Gratitude Breathwork session:
Close the year with a nurturing guided reflection and gratitude breathwork session.
What will you learn?
These workshops will shift you from a place of stress and pressure to a space of bliss, calm and inner confidence. In each session we will learn specific breathing tools, Indri has tried and tested with creative and entrepreneurial companies, in leadership programs for IESE business school and in her 1-1 transformational coaching.

About Indri Tulusan
Indri Tulusan is a Breathwork Expert and Leadership Coach Supporting leaders to rediscover themselves, and increase visionary clarity, feminine flow and healthy productivity through breathwork.
She is also the co-founder of the international Breathwork School Spirit of Breath Collective. She worked for 15 years in corporate Design Innovation Projects changing Healthcare Services worldwide to more patient and family-centred care models.
To put it simply – Indri brings you back to a place of love and pleasure, as opposed to stress and pressure, so you can feel empowered to live your best life and business, at a pace that works for you.
What do you need to know?
Please wear relaxed clothes and only eat lightly before the session. Find a quiet place to lie down comfortably. Bring a pen and paper if you’d like. No previous experience is needed.
The session will be accompanied by music.
