What will you do/learn?
- floor exercises
- play with different elements and discover a range of mindful breathing techniques,
- movement practices
- sound meditations
- self-reflection and gratitude exercises.
- learn a new mindful breathing technique each week that they can use for life.
- co-create a caring space to build confidence and self-esteem
This programme is delivered by Rocio Flores @rocioflorestapia, a yoga and breathing teacher with more than 20 years of experience in the world of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathing and energetic therapies.
What do you need to know/bring?
- Learners should wear comfy clothes they can easily move in.
- A water bottle.
- All materials are provided as part of the class.

This programme is offered with a "per term" price commitment. All programme term dates are on this page. Sessions that fall on holidays will not run, this has been factored into the planning and pricing.
Please note: All our afterschool programmes have a minimum number of learners needed to run. If we do not reach this number you will be informed no later than 7 days before the programme start date and refunded in full.
